In 2008, 25 Scots took a learning journey with the British Council called "InterAction". It was about inspiring leadership and providing the tools for transformational change in our communities.

As graduates of the programme, we want to share our experiences with people like you, who are passionate about community development and diversity.

If this is you...

  • Passionate about community development
  • Wanting to make an impact in your community
  • Keen to explore cultural differences
  • Enthusiastic to meet others like you
  • Ready for a new experience
  • Think that everyone has the potential to be a great leader
  • Interested in finding out more about our learning journey

Then this could be for you...

  • A learning day introducing the principles of transformational leadership designed and run by participants from the 2008 British Council Scotland InterAction Programme.

An informal, interactive and inspiring event, with the opportunity find out about some of the principles behind transformational leadership philosophy. You will have time for connection with others, personal reflection and space to unleash your creative potential. A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.
